By accessing or using Voxvy AI's smart website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Voxvy AI provides smart website services including AI-powered conversational systems, automated follow-up, review automation, and related business infrastructure tools for small business owners.

Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with the following pricing:

• One-time setup fee: $1,000
• Monthly subscription: $297 per month
• No long-term contracts required
• Cancel anytime with 30 days notice

Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to services through the end of your paid period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your website and all smart systems will be deactivated after the cancellation date
• You may request a backup of your data within 30 days of cancellation

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

Intellectual Property

The services, including all software, designs, and content, are owned by Voxvy AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the services for your business purposes only.

You retain ownership of your business content, customer data, and materials you provide to us.

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxvy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranties Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
